The Potsdam Neighborhood Center is hosting a FREE nutrition workshop!

The Potsdam Neighborhood Center is hosting a nutritionist from Food Bank of Central New York to present a free Just Say Yes to Fruits and Vegetables workshop. Find out ways to save money on healthy foods, how to be more active, or how to actually read a nutrition label. There will be a cooking demonstration with a seasonal fruit or vegetable for everyone to taste.

Participants will get:

• Nutrition handouts and information
• Recipes
• A chance to learn something new, meet someone new, and share your experiences
