Nutrition Workshop & Cooking Demo: Seneca Nation Farmers Market

Join JSY nutritionist, Ashley, for a fun and interactive nutrition workshop on portion control! Ashley will also be teaching simple techniques on how to estimate portion sizes! First demonstration starts at 11:30am and a second demonstration will start at 12:30pm.
