Nutrition Workshop and Cooking Demo at the Rochester Public Market (Monroe County)

Join nutrition educator Desiree Bass as she presents an interactive workshop covering a nutrition-related topic. She will prepare a fruit or vegetable recipe so you can taste something new, delicious and nutritious; as well as learn some cooking techniques and bring home low-cost recipe ideas! Workshops at 9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm and 1pm.
