JSY Workshop and Recipe Demonstration at Free Will Meal SK, St. Lawrence County

Join Food Bank of CNY Nutrition Educator Matt for a free workshop on strategies for healthy eating and being physically active.  We will also discuss cooking techniques and sample a tasty recipe made with in-season fruits and vegetables!  Participants will be given a copy of the recipe and a useful kitchen tool to take home.
