An workshop every month that begins at 12:30 pm on day 16 of the month, repeating indefinitely
Join JSY Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Deb for an interactive nutrition education workshop and recipe demonstration. We’ll talk about ways to eat more fruits and vegetables as Deb prepares a recipe featuring a seasonal fruit or vegetable. Everyone attending will receive a sample of the recipe to taste. Useful kitchen tools will be available for all participants.
