Join JSY Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Deb for an interactive nutrition education workshop and recipe demonstration. We’ll talk about ways to eat more fruits and vegetables as Deb prepares a recipe featuring a seasonal fruit or vegetable. Everyone attending will receive a sample of the recipe to taste. Useful kitchen tools will be available for all participants.
