Join JSY Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Deb as we share ideas on how to eat more fruits and vegetables using MyPlate.  Come share your recipes and ideas for eating healthier.  Deb will prepare a recipe featuring a seasonal fruit or vegetable.  Everyone attending will receive a sample of the recipe to taste.  Useful kitchen tools will be available.
