Join JSY Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Deb for a nutrition education workshop and recipe demo.  Come share your favorite fruit and vegetable recipes.  We will talk about ways to eat healthier.  Deb will prepare a recipe using a fruit or vegetable that is in season.  Everyone will receive a sample tasted.  Useful kitchen tools are available at all workshops.
