JSY Recipe Demo and Nutrition Workshop Hosted by Friends Helping Friends of Cayuga County Inc, Auburn, Cayuga County

Join JSY Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Deb for an nutrition education workshop and recipe demo.  Come share your favorite fruit and vegetable recipes.  We will talk about ways to eat healthier.  Deb will prepare a recipe using a fruit or vegetable that is in season.  Everyone attending receives will a copy of the recipe and a taste sample.  After completion of the workshop participants will be able to take home a useful kitchen tool.
