JSY Recipe Demo and Nutrition Workshop @ Friendship Inn Soup Kitchen, Madison County

Join JSY Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Deb for an nutrition education workshop and recipe demo.  Come share your favorite fruit and vegetable recipes.  We will talk about ways to eat healthier.  Deb will prepare a recipe using a fruit or vegetable that is in season.  Everyone attending receives a copy of the recipe and a taste sample.  After completion of the workshop participants will be able to take home a useful kitchen tool.
