Join JSY Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Deb for an nutrition education workshop and recipe demo.  Come share your favorite fruit and vegetable recipes.  We will talk about ways to eat healthier.  Deb will prepare a recipe using a fruit or vegetable that is in season.  Everyone attending receives will a taste sample of the recipe.  Useful kitchen items are available at all JSY workshops.
