JSY Nutrition Workshop and Recipe Demonstration @ Gwen’s Pantry, LaFargeville, Jefferson County

Join JSY Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Deb for a nutrition education workshop and recipe demo.  Come share your favorite fruit and vegetable recipes.  We will talk about ways to eat healthier.  Deb will prepare a recipe using a fruit or vegetable that is in season.  Everyone attending receives will a taste sample and copy of the recipe.  Useful kitchen tools available at all workshops.
