Join JSY Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Deb for an interactive nutrition education workshop and recipe demonstration. Come share your recipes and ideas for eating healthier as we talk about ways to eat more fruits and vegetables. Deb will prepare a recipe featuring a seasonal fruit or vegetable. Everyone attending will receive a sample of the recipe to taste. Useful kitchen tools available at all workshops.
