JSY Nutrition Class and Food Demonstration, Alcohol and Drug Council, Tompkins County

JSY nutritionist, Paddy, will facilitate a class discussion on beans and how to include these tasty foods into your diet. Participants will observe a food demonstration of a chick pea salad and take home recipes and ingredients to make the recipe.
