An workshop every month that begins at 12:30 pm on day Third of the month, repeating until October 16, 2019
Join Nutrition Educator Andrea for a free food focused workshop! We will discuss the benefits of healthy eating and being physically active. There will also be a cooking demonstration where we will use in-season fruits and vegetables to create a healthy and delicious recipe! All participants will be given a copy of the recipe and have the opportunity to taste a sample!
