Come join Deb a Registered Dietitian from the Food Bank of Central New York as she prepares a savory fall recipe.  We’ll learn about MyPlate and how we can use it to help make healthier food choices.  We’ll also talk about ways to get more fruits and vegetables in our diet.  Come share your ideas and favorite recipes!
