Cayuga/Seneca Community Action Agency is hosting a JSY Nutrition Workshop during their afternoon food pantry hours!
This entire event is free!
Join a nutritionist to share ways you eat healthy foods or recipes you like to make. Each workshop includes:
- Nutrition handouts and recipes to take home
- A cooking demo with free food samples
- Talking about easy ways to eat more fruits and vegetables
- A free gift after you complete the session
