Food Demo and mini nutrition workshop at Fresh Foods (Believers Chapel/Fulton, Oswego County)

Food Bank staff will be at the Fresh Foods Giveaway with a cooking demo and nutrition information.

There will be a fresh recipe prepared with samples! After a short session and survey, a tool for the kitchen will be given out to help get you on your way to eating healthy!
