Join nutrition educator Marcy McMahon as she presents an interactive workshop covering a nutrition-related topic. She will also prepare a fruit or vegetable recipe so you can taste something new, delicious and nutritious, learn some cooking techniques, and bring home low-cost recipe ideas! Workshops at 9am, 10am, 11am, and noon.
