Nutrition Workshop & Cooking Demo at the Rochester Public Market (Monroe County)

Join nutrition educators Desiree and Marcy for a fun and interactive workshop. They will prepare a fruit or vegetable recipe so you can taste something new, delicious and nutritious; as well as learn some cooking techniques and bring home low-cost recipe ideas! Workshops at 9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm, and 1pm.
