Nutrition Workshop & Cooking Demo: Seneca Nation Farmers Market

Join JSY nutritionist, Ashley, for an interactive nutrition workshop on healthy beverages! Ashley will also be discussing, during a cooking demonstration, the link between sugary drinks, obesity, and type 2 diabetes. First demonstration starts at 11:30am and a second demonstration will start at 12:30pm.
