Nutrition Workshop & Cooking Demo: Seneca Nation Farmers Market

Join JSY nutritionist, Ashley, for an interactive workshop on how to read nutrition labels! Ashley will be discussing the benefits of reading nutrition labels as well as what we should be looking for! First demonstration starts at 11:30am and a second demonstration will start at 12:30pm.
