Nutrition Workshop and Cooking Demo: Seneca Nation Farmers Market

Join JSY nutritionist, Ashley, for an interactive nutrition workshop on reading nutrition labels! Ashley will be discussing the importance of reading these labels and what you should look for. First demonstration starts at 11:30 and a second demonstration will start at 12:30pm.
