Join nutrition educator Marcy on the second Wednesday of every month as she presents an interactive workshop covering a nutrition-related topic. She will prepare a fruit or vegetable recipe so you can taste something new, delicious, and nutritious, learn some cooking techniques, and bring home low-cost recipe ideas!
