Nutrition Workshop and Recipe Demo @ St. Joseph’s the Worker Food Panty, Liverpool, Onondaga County

Join JSY Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Deb for an interactive nutrition education workshop and recipe demonstration. We’ll talk about ways to eat more fruits and vegetables as Deb prepares a recipe featuring a seasonal fruit or vegetable. Everyone attending will receive a sample of the recipe to taste. Useful kitchen tools will be available for all participants.
