Nutrition Workshop and Cooking Demonstration, St. Mary’s Church Food Pantry, Jefferson County (CANCELLED)

Join Food Bank CNY Nutrition Educator Matt for a free nutrition workshop and recipe demo! We will discuss the benefits of healthy eating and being physically active. There will be a cooking demonstration where we will use in-season fruits and/or vegetables to create a delicious recipe.  All participants will be given a copy of the recipe, a useful kitchen tool and have the opportunity to taste a sample.
