JSY Workshop and Food Demonstration

JSY nutritionist, Paddy, will facilitate a workshop on saving dollars at the grocery store. A delicious, seasonal recipe will be prepared. Paddy will demonstrate how to cut up a winter squash. Everyone will go home with tasty, low-cost recipes and many ways to save money when buying food.
