The good folks of the Gwen’s Food Pantry are hosting a free Just Say Yes to Fruits and Vegetables Workshop at the Town of Orleans Municipal Building around the corner. Deb, a nutrition educator, from Food Bank of Central New York will lead the group in a nutrition activity and then present a cooking demo. Join in on the session and find out new ways to cook fruits and vegetables, how to read nutrition facts labels, or how to save money on healthy foods.
