Held in the building’s community room, this is a free workshop for all of the apartment complexes!

A nutritionist from Food Bank of Central New York will lead a nutrition activity and present a cooking demonstration.

Participants will get:

• Food samples of a recipe with a featured fruit or vegetable
• Recipes
• Nutrition hand outs and information
• A gift for your kitchen
