FREE cooking demo and nutrition workshop at Pierrepont Food Pantry (St. Law County)

A cooking demo and nutrition workshop will be led by a nutritionist from Food Bank of Central New York!

Participants will get recipes and nutrition handouts, get to taste a freshly made recipe, share ways you eat healthier foods while saving money, and take home a kitchen for you kitchen!
