Cooking demo and nutrition workshop @ Seeds of Hope, Utica (Oneida County)

Starting at 10am during food pantry hours at Seeds of Hope, there will be a nutrition workshop and cooking demonstration!

The entire event is free. Come learn about eating healthy foods, saving money on fruits and vegetables, and how to make small changes to eat better. Take home handouts and recipes.

There will be a cooking demo with samples of the freshly made recipe. Share what healthy foods you like to make and learn new ones!

Each participant that completes the session will take home a free gift!
