FREE nutrition workshop & cooking demo at the Pulaski Community Cupboard/Baptist Church! (Oswego County)

The Pulaski Community Cupboard is hosting a FREE Just Say Yes to Fruits and Vegetables Workshop with a Food Bank of Central New York’s registered dietitian.

The Baptist Church across the street from the pantry will house the event.

Join in on this interactive workshop! Learn about ways to save money on healthy foods and share what dishes you like to make.

There will be a cooking demonstration with taste samples.

When you complete the workshop, you can take home:

• Nutrition handouts with great information
• New recipes for you to try
• A useful kitchen tool will be available to help you eat healthy
