A nutritionists from Food Bank of Central New York will be at the Massena Neighborhood Center.

This interactive workshop includes:

• a cooking demo with a fresh, local fruit or vegetable
• samples of the recipe
• chat about how to eat healthier while saving money
• take home recipes and nutrition handouts
