Salvation Army of Massena is hosting a nutrition workshop with a nutritionist from Food Bank of Central New York.

This is a free and fun event! Come share what recipes or ways you and your family like to eat fruits and vegetables.

There will be a cooking demo using fresh produce, with taste samples. After the workshop, take home a gift for the kitchen (like cutting boards or strainers), recipes, nutrition handouts, and new knowledge on how to eat healthier while saving money!
